About the training -
2 x Boxing inspired small group training sessions per week (total of 12 sessions), designed as an introduction to Boxing, with teaching of correct Technique & Skills and a focus on physical fitness and strength. Taking into consideration your personal goals, these 30 minute sessions are designed to challenge you Mentally and Physically.

Members - $229 (or 6 weekly payments of $39)
Non-Members - $399 (or 6 weekly payments of $69)
Never tried boxing? no worries! Our trainers take you through the basics ensuring you are using correct technique and working at a pace you are comfortable with.
When will the small group trainings run?
Mondays & Thursdays at 5.00pm.
I have an injury, can I still participate? Absolutely, our trainers will work with you to modify any movements that may be restricted or uncomfortable.
What's involved in the Boxing small group training sessions? A combination of cardio and strengthening exercises, as well as working with boxing bags and focus pads.
