Social Learning Programs

The Social Learning Centre (SLC) is our MYB hub that provides a range of programs aimed at supporting childrens Social and Emotional Learning.
Our Social & Emotional Wellbeing programs aim to provide a safe space for children and young people to learn the competencies and skills they need to build resilience and effectively manage their emotions, behaviour and relationships with others.

Through a strength-based learning approach, our goal is to educate the “whole child”— to attend to physical and emotional, as well as intellectual, growth. This progressive education approach supports each individual child was to take an active part in our programs —learning through doing!

Children will work with a qualified team of Allied Health professionals, Educators and Experienced Facilitators to develop

  • Self Awareness
  • Self Management
  • Social Awareness
  • Relationship Skills
  • & Responsible Decision Making

We have a range of programs on offer to support children aged 2-17 years old to build a ‘toolkit’ to support their social and emotional wellbeing, now and in the future.

Each of our programs host no more than 8 Children in each class, to ensure a person centred and individualised learning experience, where children of All Abilities have the space to learn!
